Chef Cleo, the "Cake Lady"
My name is Chef Cleo. I am a graduate of The International Culinary Art Institute. I started baking in the kitchen with my aunt at my grandmother's house, as a child. There was just something about the taste of butter and sugar creamed together. As I got older I started baking traditional comfort desserts for my family and friends, and watching the joy on their faces as they took their first bite's. As many people spread the word, I became known as the "Cake Lady" lol. The rest is history.

Why "Amore Dolci"?
I'm sure you are questioning the name of my company? Well... "Amore Dolci" means "Sweet Love" in Italian. I personally love Italian cuisine, the culture, the food and of course the language. So it seemed only fitting to name my company as such.
